Main functions of the department:
- Conducting regular monitoring of the financial sustainability of projects implemented by “RTMCUz” LLC, as well as performing financial and economic analysis;
- Assessing financial sustainability indicators through analysis of income, expenditure, and profit dynamics;
- Identifying financial risks in a timely manner and implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Developing and implementing the marketing strategy of “RTMCUz” LLC;
- Improving the efficiency of ongoing projects, optimizing costs, and expanding the user base.
- Studying global best practices and worldwide trends and adapting them to local conditions through the implementation of new or improved projects;
- Assessing demand for existing and prospective projects in foreign markets and facilitating their deployment abroad;
- Organizing project implementation activities in cooperation with IT Park and its foreign representative offices, as well as with governmental and commercial organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Evaluating the economic feasibility and effectiveness of projects and ensuring their sustainable development;
- Analyzing the activities of economic sectors and undertaking measures to implement “RTMCUz” LLC projects within relevant sectors of the economy;
- Assessing the financial performance, risk levels, and market opportunities of new projects;
- Preparing analytical materials and reports on project status, financial sustainability, and marketing activities.
